Welcome to my corner of the internet lovely readers!
My name is Magdalena, and I’m excited to share a bit about my life with you…
my journey through life:
My story tale

The Farm Girl in Me..
Growing up in central Poland, my heart was always gently tied to the rhythms of the countryside. Long summer days were painted with the vibrant colours of our garden, where the scent of fresh herbs and blooming flowers lingered softly in the air. Time spent outdoors became a collection of treasured memories that quietly shaped the woman I am today.
It was in that nurturing environment that my love for animals truly blossomed, especially for my cats and my dog. There is a unique bond that forms when you are surrounded by nature and its living beauty, a grounding connection that still lives within me. I feel equally at home in the mountains and by the sea.
For the past 4 years, I have been living in the stunning city of Barcelona. I moved here chasing the sunlight and, if I’m being completely honest: for the irresistible Mediterranean cuisine 😊
Family First
I am a proud mother of two beautiful boys who fill my life with laughter, tenderness and endless joy. Spending time with my loved ones and close friends is deeply important to me. These relationships are my anchor, a source of strength and energy that inspires me to grow into a better version of myself each day.
I am also drawn to delicate fragrances, especially jasmine and roses, the red rose in particular. Their soft, calming aromas evoke in me a quiet sense of elegance and serenity.
A Passionate Foodie!
As a self-confessed food lover, I find endless joy in discovering new flavours and culinary experiences. From cosy tapas bars to vibrant local markets, every meal becomes a small adventure that quietly nourishes my creativity.
I also have a soft spot for baking, my sweet tooth is impossible to ignore. There is something truly magical about blending simple ingredients and watching them slowly transform into beautiful, delicious creations.
A Football Fan for Life
And let’s not forget my love for football! I grew up watching matches with my dad, and my heart belongs to FC Barcelona. Cheering for my team is a cherished tradition, and it adds another layer of excitement to my life in this beautiful city. Visca el Barça!
The Creative Black Sheep
In my family, I have always been the “black sheep” the only one drawn instinctively toward art and creativity. My journey into photography began when I was just nine years old, after borrowing a film camera from my uncle. What started as playful attempts to capture landscapes and friends during school trips soon awakened in me a deep curiosity to document the beauty of human faces and fleeting moments in time.
I still remember the quiet excitement of developing my very first photographs with my uncle by my side,
a feeling of wonder and discovery that continues to live within me today.

Combining Work with Passion
I consider myself lucky to have found a way to merge my work with my hobbies. Photography is not just a job for me; it’s a passion that allows me to capture the beauty and joy around me. Music holds a special place in my heart, too. Music festivals and concerts not only warm my soul but also inspire me to elevate my photography to new heights.
A Glimpse into My World as a Photographer
Photography, to me, is all about connection. There’s something magical about engaging with strangers and building that trust, it transforms a simple portrait into a stunning, authentic moment.
My heart lies in documentary photography, capturing real-life moments that tell compelling stories.
Elliott Erwitt is my guiding light: his playful approach inspires me not to take photography too seriously. He reminds me that the joy in creating is what truly matters. For me, photography is the art of capturing what exists, the genuine, the real, without any preconceived notions. I simply see what I see, and I let my camera do the talking. Each shot is a celebration of life, unfiltered and raw.
A Final Note
Thank you for taking the time to wander through my world. Your presence here truly means more than words can say.
If we meet one day, remember to smile!
it looks wonderful on you! 🙂
Love, Magdalena
