What happens on the event day..

I’ll arrive early to say hello and get my bearings, and after that, you can pretty much forget about me and focus on enjoying your party. As a Barcelona event photographer, my reportage-style approach to event photography means I simply fit in around you, capturing images that tell the story: details and wide shots, natural moments, and happy people. There’s no need to keep posing for me all night. However, if you’d like a couple of family group shots before things kick off, just let me know. As your dedicated Barcelona event photographer, I’ll arrange that with you seamlessly.

DELIVERY

Getting your event photos back

After the party, I’ll start editing as your Barcelona event photographer, and everything’s usually finished a few days later, depending on how busy I am. As your Barcelona event photographer, I’ll upload all the photos to your own private online gallery, which you’re welcome to share with anyone you want. From there, you’ll be able to browse the photos on any device, order museum-quality prints, and choose favourites for an album. And of course, you’ll get a link to download everything as high-resolution JPGs to keep on your computer.

Personal event photography FAQS

When do we receive our photos?

As a Barcelona photographer, I can deliver unedited selects during the event to share on social media and other platforms. Just let me know what you’re likely to need when booking. After the event, I can usually deliver the edited photos in 1-3 days, depending on my schedule. If you need guaranteed same-day or next-day delivery of the full gallery, there may be an extra fee payable to block out the time required in my diary.

How we can use the photos?

As a Barcelona photographer, standard event images are licensed for unlimited in-house use, unlimited editorial PR use, and event-specific advertising. If you want to be able to sell images or use them in a commercial product, we can arrange that as needed..

How much cost an Barcelona event photography service?

As a Barcelona photographer, fees vary depending on what you need, where the event is located in Barcelona, and when you need me to attend. Get in touch with more info about your conference or event in Barcelona and what you need from me, and I’ll put together a quote for you.

Can we do a headshot while you are at the event?

As a Barcelona photographer, I recommend against splitting my focus between the event and a headshot session, and suggest doing headshots on a different day instead. If it’s a must, it’s best to have a second photographer dedicated to the headshots. I am happy to quote for a dedicated headshot session myself or put you in touch with other headshot photographers in Barcelona after you’ve booked my event services.

Do you do photo booth, on-site printing or photo call?

I specialize in documentary event photography as a Barcelona photographer. However, if you would like to have a photo booth or red carpet photo call, please let me know earlier. I’ll be happy to make sure your party is super special.

What if we need to cancel or postpone?

This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances and the notice given, there will usually be a fee payable to cover our losses in reserving the date for you, up to 100% for very late notice. Full terms are explained in our booking agreement.
